ION's harness ergonomics provide the perfect fit for each individual's body size and shape. The harness outline derives from body height and girth, ranging from high to low with intermediate sizes. The exchangeable Ergo_Pad on the inside offers optimal lumbar support in two profiles (each harness comes with two options - medium and high support - choose what suits you best).
The Sol Curv is medium rigid (flex index 11) and offers a good balance between direct feeling, flexibility, and support. An ultra-lightweight Curv construction distributes forces evenly throughout the harness. At the same time, it's flexible enough to allow for optimum freedom of movement. Non-water-absorbent Hyper_Foam contributes to the overall ergonomic fit and lightweight while the Neoprene_Belt provides flexibility in the front.
ION's sleek Spectre Bar (including kite hook) completes the Sol Curv. Its Curv_Flaps create a seamless and optimal force distribution throughout the harness. Comes with integrated Knite_Knife Multitool 2.0 and HPL_Slider.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Returns / Exchanges: Right to Cancel
You can return any item to us without a reason for a full Refund / Exchange. The return must be initiated either by the return form above or notified by email, stating the order number to email@example.com 14 days of receiving your order.
Once notified you will then have a further 14 days to return your order to us. We do not offer a free returns service for refunds or exchanges.
Your order must be returned in its original packaging with tags and unused. We are happy to discuss any return outside of these terms and will look at each case individually.
For items where we've made a mistake or the item is faulty - we'll refund all postage costs on receipt of postage receipt and dispatch replacements items FOC.
For items simply no longer required or where you the customer has ordered the incorrect size or product, return postage will not be refunded and dispatching out will be chargeable
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Unfortunately, personalised items are unable to be returned to us because of the bespoke nature of the item unless it is faulty or damaged.
what you can’t send back
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by the Partner to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics
Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings, cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken, and material face masks
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
