✔ A close-up of the damage or issue – showing the affected area in detail.

✔ A photo of the serial number – typically found on the product for identification.

✔ Your Worthing Watersports order number – to verify the purchase date.

 

Warranty Period & Coverage

Most products are covered under a 12-month standard UK warranty from the date they arrived with you. However, many Duotone and Boards & More products offer an extended warranty, which may require registration. Please check your eligibility before submitting a claim.
