Free Shipping to mainland england over £50*

*unfortunately due to increased shipping costs we are unable to offer this on every single to every part of the UK. 

Some of our more awkward items like kayaks, one piece paddles are very difficult to send. 

Our shipping rates are approximately estimated based on the items value.

If a shipping cost seems too high for your location and the item, please feel free to email us with your full address and the item/s and we will happily send over a more accurate quote for approval.

Due to the issues listed above we always reserve the right to ask for additional payments if the shipping costs are too high. We will always email or call you to discuss this before sending the item. So you have full opportunity to decide to continue or get a full refund. 

Returns / Exchanges: Right to Cancel

You can return any item to us without a reason for a full Refund / Exchange. The return must be initiated by email, stating the order number  to sales@worthingwatersports.com within 30 days  of receiving your order.

Once notified you will then have a further 30 days to return your order to us. We do not offer a free returns service for refunds or exchanges.

Your order must be returned in its original packaging with tags and unused. We are happy to discuss any return outside of these terms and will look at each case individually.

For items where we've made a mistake or the item is faulty - we'll refund all postage costs on receipt of postage receipt and dispatch replacements items FOC.

For items simply no longer required or where you the customer has ordered the incorrect size or product, return postage will not be refunded and dispatching out will be chargeable. 

However if your item is below 2kg and smaller than 61cm x 46xm x 46cm - we can send a Royal Mail returns label for £3.50 - (we will remove this amount from the total refunded amount). Please just take the item to your local post office to be scanned for tracking.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Personalised Returns

Unfortunately, personalised items are unable to be returned to us because of the bespoke nature of the item unless it is faulty or damaged.

what you can’t send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by the Partner to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics
  • Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings, cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken, and material face masks

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
