How It Works (Quick Steps)

1. Find your WOO ID on your old sensor (format: WOO-XXXX-XXXX — eight digits with a dash).
2. Check eligibility via WOO’s official checker: Check your WOO ID
3. Order your WOO 4.0 with us and provide your WOO ID at checkout or in the order notes.
4. We verify your code against WOO’s servers. If valid and unused, we honour 40% off.

Important Eligibility Rules

• UK customers only for this shop-run trade-up.
• Your WOO ID must be in the format WOO-XXXX-XXXX (8 digits with a dash).
• One-time global use: each WOO ID can only be used for a trade-up once worldwide.
• We validate every code with WOO. If a code has been previously used, we must cancel and refund the order.
