Duotone Pro Pads incl. Wedge: All sizes include an additional pad wedge between the rear straps, raising the toe area to allow harder pushing and better lift. The heat-pressed diamond grooving pattern protects the EVA from abrasion and delivers outstanding grip.

Duotone Premium Strap: High-quality closed-cell neoprene for maximum longevity. Black Lycra coating ensures comfort and durability. Each strap features measurement markings for easy setup and repeatable sizing.

Board-Specific Attachments:

• World Cup boards → Double-screw plugs prevent twist and give the most direct connection.

• Other boards → Single-screw plugs allow quicker strap repositioning and a bit of “give” for comfort.

FULL CUSTOM CNC Technology (D/LAB):

A 100% custom-style build, identical to high-end custom boards. Instead of mould shaping, each EPS foam block is CNC-milled for maximum precision and weight savings.

This “Single Process Technology” ensures every step is handled individually for the industry’s best weight-to-strength ratio.

• Variable PVC plate thickness → lighter, stronger, tuned to stress zones.

• Over 60 individual parts per board (≈20% more than Premium Sandwich Construction).

• High-end composites:

   

  • Carbon fibres: mix of high-strength and high-modulus (used in F1, aircraft, Platinum SLS masts).

  • Innegra: Kevlar-like tensile strength, stiffer, best at preventing dents and dings.

  • S-Glass fibre: extra-high silica content, 10–20% stiffer, more tensile strength.

  • DUOTONE SENTEX® resin: impregnated with silicon nano-spheres, reduces weight without losing durability.

   

• Discipline-specific layups:

   

  • Racing boards (Falcon D/LAB): maximum stiffness for acceleration and top speed.

  • Wave boards (Grip D/LAB): higher Innegra and S-Glass content for controlled flex and impact resistance; carbon reinforcements add spring-back for explosive acceleration.

   

• Individual layups per size for true custom tuning.

Result: D/LAB boards are up to 500g lighter than SLS boards and up to 1kg lighter than semi-custom production boards — finally matching the lightest custom boards on the market. LIGHT DONE RIGHT.

Deck Shape: Flatter deck for comfort and maximum control during jibes. Recessed mast track lowers the rig connection, improving control and aerodynamics by “closing the gap.”

Outline (Aspect Ratio):

• Smaller boards → higher aspect ratio → more control + reduced wetted surface for top speeds.

• Larger boards → lower aspect ratio → maximum acceleration at lower speeds.

Rail Shape: Ergonomic rails for maximum grip in jibes and full power transfer. Harder rails under the feet let you drive maximum force into the fin for lift and speed.

Rocker Line: Decades of development ensure top speeds across conditions with maximum control.

Bottom Shape:

• Flying V-Shape: More V in front of mast track and tail = looser, higher-riding feel with improved control and varied jibe radii.

• 2 Step Cut-Outs: Reduce wetted surface; allow wider tail outline and outboard strap positions so riders can load more power for speed and control.
