Freeride Performance / Pump & Glide / Downwind
Introducing the Glide 2.0 D/LAB – the next generation of our Glide range in premium D/LAB construction. Designed to meet the demands of the very best, it features a Semi-Glider low-drag design that offers a remarkable speed range and superior pump and glide performance across various foiling disciplines. The Glide 2.0 D/LAB is highly efficient for its size, delivering lift comparable to one size up from the previous Glide series, achieving early take-off effortlessly and remaining stall-friendly at lower riding speeds. The Glide 2.0 D/LAB excels in providing the perfect mix of glide, pump, and maneuverability. With a high aspect ratio of 10.2 – 10.3, it offers improved glide and pump performance compared to its predecessor.
The new profile incorporates improved lift-to-drag values, enhancing efficiency and overall performance. A wider chord in the center facilitates early take-off and increased lift, while the lower chord and thinner tips enable improved tip-to-tip turning and maintain neutral behavior when breaching. The re-designed profile, combined with our D/LAB Semi-Glider design, elevates the performance of the Glide 2.0 D/LAB to new heights.Paired with the new Stabilizer H, the Glide 2.0 D/LAB reduces drag and improves pumping efficiency, offering a seamless ride.Constructed using a computer-simulated D/LAB layup, it utilizes a special mix and orientation of carbon and HM Carbon fibers, ensuring highly optimized flex and strength.
Available in 620, 750, and 900cm², the D/LAB wings are identical in shape to the SLS wings. The full Carbon semi-glider construction not only reduces overall weight but also noticeably reduces drag, making it the top choice for serious foilers looking for the best performance available. Experience the ultimate in foiling performance with the Glide 2.0 D/LAB!
Key Features

Reviews
Well after some incredible Foil Drive sessions with other foils and kit at Sea Lane Cafe, it was time to get back on the water winging with the 900 cm2 Glide 2.0 series. As with my first review, I did take me a while to dial in to the more subtle balance of this foil and smooth out the fore/aft foot pressure. Once this was sorted, the glide from a 900 cm2 foil is insane. When it comes to gybing, bear off, start carving downwind and towards the new tack having remembered to let go with the back hand on the wing really early and enjoy the glide and carve!! A year ago, if you'd asked me what size foil I'd be riding in 12 months time, I'd never have said this small. And with the carve, don't forget the extra speed!! Love this foil set!
First time out today with my new 900 cm2 2.0 series Glide Front Wing D/Lab, partnered with H185 rear stab which I already owned.
I'm intermediate level, make around 80% of my gybes and love riding our South Coast bumps and lumps.
Conditions were 3.5 mtr wing weather and I was on a mid length board, which with wettie, harness etc was about 'buoyancy neutral''
I already have a D/Lab Carve 2.0 series 1100 cm2 foil set, so I know how fast the D/Lab kit is, WOW, this Glide is a weapon!
Up on foil really early and super fast. I did need to work at getting the fore/aft pitch/balance, like my new 850 Whizz setup, this is a step forwards in terms of fore aft pitch control.
After 20 mins or so, I felt more comfortable and with the Rustington Wave Buoy showing a 3' swell, albeit short period, the foil just wanted to glide and ride our regular South Coast bumps.
On the faster and steeper sections, the foil just wanted to ride and go fast. One session in and I can see my bump riding moving on to another level already!!
There's so much more to come from this new foil. I will do an update in a few weeks time.
