You may return any eligible item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason. All returns must be registered before items are sent back to us — please don't just pop something in the post without letting us know first.
Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, you can cancel it free of charge — no need to wait for delivery and send it back. This is separate from a standard return and is normally quicker to process.

Bladder Orders Only

Most products: you can cancel your order at any point before it's dispatched. Once an item has shipped, the standard 30-day return process applies instead — see Start a Return below, which works without needing to log in.
Bladders: because these are made to order, we place the order with our supplier shortly after you order — so cancellation requests for bladders must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is in production with our supplier and can no longer be cancelled, changed, or returned.
To cancel an order, simply email sales@worthingwatersports.com quoting your order number — no account needed — and we'll confirm your cancellation by email once it's processed. If you do have an account with us, you can also cancel directly from your order history.
Please double-check your order — including bladder year, model, and size — before checking out, as bladder orders can't be amended or cancelled after 24 hours.

How to Start a Return
For eligible small items, the quickest way is through our Royal Mail returns portal. You can also log into your Shopify account and submit a return request, or email sales@worthingwatersports.com quoting your order number.
Submitting a return request does not automatically mean the return is approved. Once reviewed, we'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. After notifying us, you have a further 30 days to send the item back.
Return Conditions
Unused and in original condition: Items must be unworn, unridden, and unmodified — exactly as received.
Original packaging: Please return items in the packaging they arrived in, with all tags still attached.
Not sure? If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back. We're always happy to discuss individual cases.
We do not offer free returns for standard refunds or exchanges — but faulty or incorrect items are always covered.
Return Postage Costs
Small items (under 2 kg, smaller than 61 × 46 × 46 cm): We can provide a Royal Mail tracked returns label for £4.75, deducted from your refund. Simply drop the parcel at your local Post Office for scanning and tracking.
Larger or heavier items: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you're unsure about costs for a specific item, email us before sending.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or we've sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We'll refund reasonable return postage costs on receipt of proof, and replacement items will be dispatched free of charge. Please inspect your order upon delivery so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order once the return has been accepted. This keeps things moving quickly at both ends.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping to mainland England on orders over £50. Due to increased shipping costs, free shipping cannot be offered on every item or to every part of the UK. Some larger or more awkward items — such as kayaks and one-piece paddles — are difficult and costly to ship. Rates are estimated based on size, weight, item value, and delivery location.
If a shipping cost appears unusually high, please email us with your full delivery address and the items you'd like to order — we'll happily provide a more accurate quote. In some cases actual shipping costs may be higher than the checkout estimate; if so we'll always contact you before dispatch and give you the option to proceed or receive a full refund.
