Duotone Kitesurfing Twintips – Jaime, Select, Soleil, Team Series & Gonzales Kiteboards

Duotone twintip kiteboards for every rider, from first sessions to competition freestyle. Worthing Watersports is the UK's Duotone specialist, official dealer and test centre, and this page has the full Duotone twintip range in one place: the Jaime, Select, Soleil, Gonzales, Team Series, Spike and Shred, plus the bindings and boots to go with them. Every Duotone twintip comes with its fins, and we ride these boards ourselves, so we can tell you honestly which one suits you.

Which Duotone twintip is right for you?

• Duotone Select SLS and Select Concept Blue (135/40, 138/41, 141/42, 144/43). These are the freeride all-rounders, comfortable and easy to ride, with early planing and smooth landings. If you cruise, carve and jump, the Select is the safe bet.
• Duotone Jaime SLS and Jaime Concept Blue (133/40, 136/41, 139/42, 142/43). The Jaime is Duotone's best-known board, a freeride, freestyle and Big Air all-rounder with more pop and a livelier flex than the Select.
• Duotone Soleil SLS and Soleil Concept Blue (128/37, 132/38, 136/39). A performance freeride board built around a women's-specific outline.
• Duotone Gonzales. The entry-level freeride board: forgiving and stable, with plenty of fun left in it as you progress.
• Duotone TS Big Air SLS (133/39, 136/40, 139/41). Duotone's competition Big Air board, stiff and reinforced for maximum pop and controlled landings from height.
• Duotone TS Freestyle SLS (136/40, 140/41.5, 144/43). The dedicated competition board for powered, unhooked freestyle.
• Duotone TS Park (155/43). Extra length for softer landings, built for park riding, sliders and flat-water pop.
• Duotone Spike SLS and Spike Concept Blue (153/46.5, 164/47.5). Large light wind boards that plane early and make waterstarts easy when the wind is marginal.
• Duotone Shred (128/37). The kids' freeride and freestyle progression board.

Original, SLS or Concept Blue: which construction?

• Original builds such as the Gonzales and Shred are the most durable and forgiving, and the best value.
• SLS (Strong Light Superior) boards use carbon reinforcement to save weight and add pop and response. Choose SLS if you're an ambitious or experienced rider.
• Concept Blue versions of the Jaime, Select, Soleil and Spike use undyed and alternative materials, such as flax and basalt fibres in the Jaime Concept Blue. They're built to ride the same as the standard board.

Choosing your twintip size

Twintip sizes are written as length/width in centimetres, for example 139/42. A larger board gives more lift and is more forgiving, which helps in light wind and for heavier or newer riders. A shorter board turns more easily. Width matters most: a small change in width makes a big difference to how early the board planes, how well it goes upwind and how much pop it has. Narrower boards are faster and easier to control when you're overpowered.

If you're between sizes, or not sure which twintip fits your weight and your local conditions, call us and we'll talk you through it.

Twintip bindings, boots and what's in the box

• Every Duotone twintip is supplied with its fins. Bindings are sold separately, and grab handles come with the bindings.
• Duotone Entity 360 (NTT 360). Duotone's newest binding. The Dual Tune Closure System adjusts the front and rear straps independently with one hand. It's around 20% lighter than the previous NTT, comes in four sizes and fits most twintips on the market.
• Duotone Entity Ergo. An adjustable comfort binding, and the go-to for freeride and Big Air.
• Duotone Vario Combo. An easy-fit freeride binding, ideal for schools, families and shared boards.
• Duotone Boot. For riders who want a locked-in feel for unhooked freestyle.
