We offer FREE UK shipping on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a small £4.75 shipping fee applies.
Smaller items ship via Royal Mail First Class
Larger or bulkier items go via courier (usually next working day)
We aim to pick and pack orders within one working day. Some larger items may take up to two days to prepare, especially if they require custom packaging or boxing.

Being the UK's Duotone / Fanatic / ION Specalist store we are proud to be the only UK retailer with a live stock feed from their warehouse — so you can shop with real-time confidence.
In-store stock typically ships within 1–2 working days.
Our shop is normally closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but during busy summer months we may process orders more frequently.
Warehouse stock can take 5–10 working days to arrive before dispatch.
Large items from the supplier are often drop-shipped directly to your door, with tracking uploaded once available.
🛡️ For high-value orders (e.g. complete setups or large kits worth thousands), we include a discreet tracking device inside the parcel and provide a free returns label for added peace of mind. We take extra care with these deliveries to make sure everything arrives safely.

Worthing Watersports is a specalist Duotone store, therefore we have a large selection of demo and TRY IT NOW equipment. This does not need to be used on our organised demo days. But can be pre-booked / arranged to demo at a time / day that suits you.
