I messed up my chest and ribs approx. 4 weeks ago doing a very bad backroll kite loop. Has been agony until this week. So thought would take for a spin. As soon as i grabbed the boom i knew it wasn't going to be good, so managed to bust everything out in 10 mins!
Was quite emotional knowing i should come in and stop, as it was so good! But just not worth doing long term damage! Getting wetsuit off was sore!
