We offer FREE UK shipping on orders over £50. For orders under £50, a small £4.75 shipping fee applies.

We aim to pick and pack orders within one working day. Some larger items may take up to two days to prepare, especially if they require custom packaging or boxing.

In-store stock typically ships within 1–2 working days.
- Our shop is normally closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but during busy summer months we may process orders more frequently.

Warehouse stock can take 5–10 working days to arrive before dispatch.
- Large items from the supplier are often drop-shipped directly to your door, with tracking uploaded once available.
🛡️ For high-value orders (e.g. complete setups or large kits worth thousands), we include a discreet tracking device inside the parcel and provide a free returns label for added peace of mind. We take extra care with these deliveries to make sure everything arrives safely.
