Our water sports shop is situated just 100m from the local beach. Goring beach is a quieter than the main Worthing beach and made of pebbles with patches of sand. However at lower tide, there is an exposed reef/rocky bed. This can be uncomfortable to walk on, so is recommended to wear wetsuit or beach shoes/boots. At high tide in strong winds the waves can get big and rough, so the most enjoyable time is mid-tide 2hrs ether side of high tide.
Sea Lane Cafe serves great cakes, breafasts and lunch. It also has toilet facilities and free parking all along the front. There is also a grassy stretch between the parking and the pebble beach which is nice to set up your equipment.
A local bus stops directly in front of shop which runs every 30 mins from Worthing Pier. The nearest train station (Durrington or West Worthing) is 10-15 min walk. You pass a small row of shops for snacks and supplies.
