Free shipping to mainland England on orders over £50*


*Due to increased shipping costs, we are unfortunately unable to offer free shipping on every item or to every part of the UK.


Some larger or more awkward items, such as kayaks and one-piece paddles, are difficult and costly to ship. Our shipping rates are estimated based on the size, weight, value of the item, and delivery location.


If a shipping cost appears unusually high for your location or item, please feel free to email us with your full delivery address and the item(s) you wish to order. We’ll happily provide a more accurate shipping quote for approval.


In some cases, actual shipping costs may be higher than the estimate shown at checkout. If this happens, we reserve the right to request an additional shipping payment. We will always contact you by email or phone before dispatch, giving you the option to proceed or receive a full refund.

 


 

 

Returns & Exchanges – Right to Cancel

You may return any eligible item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.


 

How to Start a Return

All returns must be registered before items are sent back to us.

You can initiate a return by:

  • Logging into your Shopify account and submitting a return request

  • Using our online returns portal

  • Emailing sales@worthingwatersports.com, quoting your order number

 


Submitting a return request does not automatically mean the return is approved. Once reviewed, we’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

After notifying us, you have a further 30 days to return the item.

 


 

 

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags still attached

 

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us. We’re always happy to discuss individual cases.


We do not offer free returns for refunds or exchanges.

 


 

 

Return Postage Costs

  • For items under 2 kg and smaller than 61 × 46 × 46 cm, we can provide a Royal Mail tracked returns label for £4.75

  • This cost will be deducted from your refund

  • Simply take the parcel to your local Post Office for scanning and tracking

 

For larger or heavier items, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

 


 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or we’ve sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately.


In these cases:

  • We’ll refund reasonable return postage costs upon receipt of proof

  • Replacement items will be dispatched free of charge

 

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Bladders (all bladders are made to order – please double-check year, model, and size before purchasing)

  • Personalised or bespoke items (unless faulty or damaged)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items with broken hygiene seals (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, earrings)

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

 


 

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
