Shape & Bottom Design
A round-point nose provides stability and clean wave entry even at low paddle speed, while the pulled-in moon tail keeps the board tight, reactive, and precise when the wave demands it. The bottom contours define the ride: a forward mono-concave delivers instant speed and keeps the board lively through weaker sections, transitioning into a double-concave mid-section for maximum balance and stability. Toward the tail, an opening V releases water efficiently, freeing the tail for quick pivots and that loose, flowing sensation at the end of every turn.

2+1 Fin System — Most Balanced Setup
Two multi-fin boxes paired with a central US box create a classic Thruster setup — the perfect balance of control, drive, and manoeuvrability from waist-high waves to solid overhead surf. It's the universal configuration: precise, predictable, and high-performing in all wave conditions.
Custom CNC Construction
The Cosmic is built using Duotone's Custom CNC composite construction — a composite-wood sandwich layup around a lightweight, CNC-shaped EPS core with a clean, unfinished aesthetic. Developed and continuously refined through Duotone's long heritage in premium windsurf and foil board manufacturing, this construction delivers an ideal blend of low weight, efficient glide, and exceptional comfort.

The Cosmic is designed for intermediate to advanced SUP surfers who take wave performance seriously. It's a great entry point into Duotone's all-wave SUP hardboard range, without stepping up to the full custom SLS construction of the Cosmic SLS.
