Duotone Porsche Turbo Edition — Evo SLS Kite and Jaime SLS Board

Every so often a kite turns up that you end up just looking at for a bit before you rig it. The Duotone Porsche Turbo Edition is one of those. Duotone have worked with Porsche on a 2027 limited run built around the design language of the Cayenne Turbo Electric, and it covers both halves of a setup — the Evo SLS kite with bar, and the Jaime SLS twintip with bindings.

Three hundred Evo kites are being made. Worldwide. In three sizes. That is not a marketing number designed to make you hurry — it is genuinely a very short run, and once the allocation is spoken for there is no second batch coming.

We are getting an allocation at Worthing. It is small enough that these are not going to sit on the website waiting for someone to find them, so if you want one it is worth talking to us early rather than hoping.

An SLS Evo, a year early

The interesting part for anyone who actually rides rather than collects: this is a prelaunch of the 2027 Evo SLS. You are getting next season's kite before it lands as a standard model, in a colourway nobody else will have.

Underneath the paint it is a proper Evo SLS. Penta TX in the leading edge and centre strut for a stiff, light frame, Trinity TX canopy, MOD 3S, the six-point bridle, and inflation pressures up to 8–9 PSI. The Evo has always been the kite we point people at when they want one kite that does everything — boosts properly, loops predictably, behaves in the waves — and the SLS build sharpens all of that without making it twitchy.

The Jaime SLS, in 136 only

The board half is the Jaime SLS, built in carbon with the Double Diffusor Bottom and Double Rocker Line Concept. Loads hard, pops hard, and lands a lot softer than a board this stiff has any right to.

One catch worth knowing before you get attached to the idea: it is made in 136cm and nothing else. That suits roughly 70–85kg. If you are well outside that, the Porsche Jaime is not going to be the right board for you — and we would rather tell you that now than after it has arrived.

What is in each set

Both come as complete sets rather than bare products. The Evo SLS Porsche Turbo Set is the kite with bar and lines, in 7m, 9m or 12m, with a choice of S bar on 20–22m lines or M bar on 22–24m lines. From £2,476.

The Jaime SLS Porsche Turbo Set is the board with bindings, sized S through XL, at £1,328. Put the two together and you have the complete Porsche Turbo setup, which is very much how it is meant to be seen.
