Duotone Ultra Freewave 2.0 2027 — Domier Deck and a New Tail

Jump × Style × Ride — the Ultra Freewave 2.0 is the board for people who want to do a bit of everything and do it properly. Two changes for 2027, and one of them is the sort you only appreciate three hours into a session.

Both D/LAB (made to order) and SLS (stock) land today, in six sizes from 74 to 119 litres.

The Domier deck

Duotone have put a Domier deck around the footstrap area specifically for riding comfort. It's not a performance headline and it won't show up in a test verdict, but it's the bit of the board your feet are actually in contact with for the whole session. If you've ever come in early with sore feet rather than tired legs, this is aimed squarely at you.

New tail outline

A new tail outline for improved turn-ability. On a board that's meant to jump, spin and still carve a proper turn, the tail is where the compromise usually lives — so a change here affects how the whole board feels rather than just one part of the ride.

D/LAB or SLS?

The D/LAB is made to order in Full Custom D/LAB — your own colour scheme, unique serial number, the lightest build, and lead time to plan around. The SLS is the stock board: same shape, Full Custom SLS construction, available now, from 5.7kg in the 74. Unless you specifically want the custom colours or the lightest possible board, the SLS is the sensible pick here.

The Duke SLS sail releases today, with the standard Duke following on 30 September — both colourway updates for 2027. Then the race boards: Falcon_Fin D/LAB on 14 October and Falcon_Foil D/LAB on 21 October.
