New sizes have just landed for the Duotone Midfish, our go-to Foil Assist board for prone foiling, wing foiling, downwind runs and flat water cruising. The Midfish now comes in 5'10" (68L) and 6'3" (98L), giving riders at both ends of the scale a size that fits how they actually ride.
These new sizes are on their way to us and will be available on the site very soon — in the meantime you can view the Midfish and register your interest on the product page linked at the bottom of this post.

The 6'3" (98L) — cruising, assist and catching bumps
The 98L is the perfect choice for SUP foiling, wing foiling, cruising with the Foil Assist, and chasing small bumps or downwind runs with the Assist fitted. If you're after a size that makes those flatter, low-energy days genuinely fun, this is the one.
The 5'10" (68L) — the true all-rounder
The 68L covers every foiling discipline and is our pick for riders wanting one board that does it all. It also carries enough volume for heavier riders to prone foil comfortably, while still feeling sharp and responsive out in the waves.
The Midfish is the board we point most people towards when they ask "what should I foil on?" — it does prone, wing, downwind and Assist cruising without asking you to compromise on any of them.
Why the Midfish works so well
The Midfish is built around a mid-length outline and a slim, low-rocker profile, which adds up to efficient paddling, smooth take-offs, powerful carves and a direct, connected feel through the foil. It's the all-round board for riders after early lift, speed, stability and control, whichever of the disciplines above you're doing on any given day.
